Disable Email Notifications determines if an email is sent to you when certain long lived services (like building a Data Set) complete.

Enable Spell Checking determines if field spell checking is enabled.

Enable Search Word Synonyms broadens search results to include synonyms and hyponyms when Find is set 'any of the words entered' or for single word searches. The magnifying glass in the search box will turn orange if this feature is enabled.

Enable Search Word Stemming broadens search results to include words with the same stem. The magnifying glass in the search box will turn orange if this feature is enabled.
